With the Uhrzeit.org conference planner, you can find the best time for participants from different time zones. Simply click to transfer locations to the conference planner and find the most favourable time.
How it works
Add locations: Click on a location on the map or select the locations you are looking for under "Select location" (also representing the time zone) and then click on the 'Add location' button. The selected location is now displayed in the conference planner under the local time.
Search for the optimum time: By clicking on the arrow buttons next to the local time, you can now set the times forwards and backwards by the hour. The times are highlighted in colour: See at a glance at which times joint online meetings or telephone conferences are possible.
Green: standard office hours (8:00-18:00)
Yellow: off-peak times (06:00-08:00 / 18:00-21:00)
Red: night times (21:00-06:00).
Remove locations: You can remove individual locations by clicking on the X next to the location. Click on 'Empty planner' to remove all locations at once.
