About Hamilton watches
The Hamilton Watch Company was founded in 1892 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Hamilton became famous with its first watch collection, known as "Watch of Railroad Accuracy".
These precise Hamilton watches dammed up the serious railway accidents of the time and became part of the company's success story.
Hamilton also became known as a US Army supplier. The famous General Black Jack and his soldiers fighting in the trenches were equipped with the wristwatches. During the 2nd World War Hamilton concentrated exclusively on the production of army watches.
The first battery-powered Hamilton watch appeared in 1957 under the name Ventura, which became world-famous through Elvis Presley in the film "Blue Hawaii" and still exists today in new interpretations.
Hamilton watches thus combine robust workmanship and Swiss watch technology with an individual design, especially with classic pilot watches such as the Khaki Field series or the noble Khaki Aviation pilot chronographs such as the Aviation X-WIND.
But also clear and restrained lines can be found at Hamilton in the American Classic collection. The elegant and special variant of a Hamilton is mainly chosen with the Jazzmaster. It is a collection in which innovation, nostalgia and modernity are combined, because these watches are characterized by small details.
The watches from Hamilton impress with their high-quality models in various design variants. Both men and women will find their new favourite timepiece.
