About BERING watches
About 280 years ago the Danish navigator Vitus Bering was the first European to discover Alaska, which is why the local time zone got its name: BERING time.
The company Bering was founded in September 2010 in Aabenraa - Denmark and is now an international company. The company is represented in more than 40 countries.
Bering watches are inspired by the vast, clear and incredibly beautiful Arctic that fascinated founder René Kaerskov in 2008 during his parachute jump over the North Pole. The pure, cold beauty of the icebergs is reflected in the watch collections.
