Every new buyed watch has, according to § 437 BGB (German Civil Code), a legal warranty deadline about 2 years since delivery.

You can extend this legal warranty about 1 to 3 years (summed up: 3 to 5 years) by payment. That can be done in your shopping card at the certain product.
