About Dugena Uhren
The watch Brand of DUGENA has its origin in the Union Horlogre, a coalition of Swiss watchmakers in 1900. 17 years later watch manufacturers Biel-Genf and Glashuette joined to form the Vereinigten Glashuette ALPINA, which quickly started producing in Germany under the name of “Alpina Deutsche Uhrmachergenossenschaft”.
In 1942 Berlin, Alpina was finally changed to DUGENA, and since then the triangle-in-circle logo has stood for watch manufacture of the highest standard in Germany.
DUGENA watches combine technical practicallity with an esteemed and modern design. Reliable quality and good value for money has been this company’s trademark from the beginning. So it comes at no surprise that DUGENA men’s and women’s watches have been enjoying such popularity for years. Especially the small technical innovations are what make this manufacturer different.
As an example, we would like to mention the very successful Candino-Collection von Dugena, with very scratch resistant glass. Wrist band and casing are made from highly compressed Titanium-wolframite-carbite, which has reached a level of hardness, only surpassed by diamond.
