General Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions govern participation in the competition.
With the request to participate in this game of Uhrzeit.org GmbH you declare your agreement to these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you can not participate.
§ 1 Prerequisites
1. In order to participate, you have to register at Uhrzeit.org and hereafter give your consent for data processing. The information required for this must be given truthfully. The disclosure of your user ID and their use by third parties is prohibited.
2. You are irrevocably acknowledging these terms and conditions by applying for participation. In the following, your written consent to the data processing will be requested separately to this application.
3. You only have a chance to win if you answer the questions asked in the game truthfully.
4. Each person is allowed to participate only once per game. Winning the game through registering with more than one e-mail address is forbidden.
5. Uhrzeit.org is authorized to issue directives towards the participant concerning all questions related to the usage of the offer.
6. The participant's rights shall lapse upon any breach of these conditions.
7. Employees of Uhrzeit.org and employees of companies that are significantly involved in the technical development, the advertising or management of the game and members of the groups mentioned are excluded from participation in Uhrzeit.org sweepstakes.
§ 2 Liability
1. Uhrzeit.org accepts no responsibility for the correctness or completeness of its web offer, especially not for the completeness and comprehensibility of a game manual, the accuracy of the required answers or fitness for a particular purpose, unless applicable laws or jurisdiction dictate liability. Uhrzeit.org reserves the right to change content at any time or to block access to the website. Furthermore, Uhrzeit.org is not responsible for the pages of potential partner enterprises, which are referenced to through links and explicitely dissociates itself from their contents.
2. Uhrzeit.org endeavors to ensure the constant availability of the information service. There is no claim for constant availability. In particular, Uhrzeit.org is not responsible for any disturbances outside their own area of responsibility and due to force majeure.
3. Free services of Uhrzeit.org and a potential support of the participant via e-mail, telephone or other communication media are provided on a purely voluntary basis.
4. The participant expressly agrees that use of the website is done solely in his or her own name. The participant is liable for any use of offers, performed by its subscriber identifier. For minors, the parents or guardians are liable for compliance with their respective contractual agreement.
6. The information given by Uhrzeit.org may not be reproduced, transferred, distributed or stored in any form, in whole or in part, without prior written permission of Uhrzeit.org. The following regularisation is an exception to this.
§ 3 Expenses
The use of the actual offer is free of charge. The cost of access to the Internet has to be borne by each participant, unless explicitly expressed otherwise by Uhrzeit.org.
§ 4 Appeal
1. The winners of "Uhrzeit.org" are determined according to the applicable rules, which are communicated in an appropriate form before the start of a raffle.
2. Any recourse to courts of law is excluded.
§ 5 Miscellaneous
If any part of this agreement is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Instead of the invalid provision, the parties will agree on an effective one, which comes nearest to the intended purpose of the invalid provision.
